At Game On Family, we want your team to look and feel their best. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely place the unworn apparel in its original packaging and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
